We here at SPTM highly recommend to check out these three podcasts – we promise you will love an follow at least one of them! They all can be found on Spotify and there is something for everyone. 1. The Mindset Mentor

Rob Dial speaks so passionately and fast that there is no way you would not want to follow him! He talks about self-improvement, business, work, purpose, motivation and more. A new podcast pops up almost every second day but sometimes the episodes are repetitive. This does not worry me one bit as repetition and consistency only address the importance of the a point and topic he talks about.

The Mindset Mentor Podcast episodes are mostly short (around 15-20 mins) so you have no excuse not to get your daily or weekly motivation boost whilst cleaning or cooking! Rob Dial has plenty of experience as a mindset coach and most of his talks are based on neurology, neurobiology, early childhood development and psychology studies and are very relatable.

2. Pilates Elephants

Highly recommend to everyone! If it is time to widen your perspective and become more confident and financially successful Reformer Pilates Teacher this one is for you. The host Raphael Bender invites incredibly great variety of industry leaders to his show. Raphael and his guests discuss all the aspects of being a Pilates Instructor, Health and Fitness professional as well as the business side of the things. They bust some myths and base they educational content on latest scientific research results.

If you are sensitive be prepared; controversial topics are included but different views tolerated. This is why I love this podcast. It has opened my eyes in many ways to sometimes unlearn, learn, think critically and challenge the old ways and habits we all have. Yet to understand that often there is no right or wrong way but perhaps a better, more efficient and effective way to do things. The episodes are quite long but perfect for long Sunday walks and commutes!
