Pilates Circles and Balls To Compliment Your Reformer Pilates Classes
Is it time to update your Pilates Circles or the balls? Or add on couple more props because your beautiful Pilates space is growing and blooming? APPI has a wonderful selection of soft and weighted balls. You can choose between 0.5kg or 1kg weighted balls and size 7´ or 10´ soft Pilates balls.
The soft Pilates balls can be purchased in multipacks (6) to save you more money. Soft Pilates balls are a great investment for your Pilates Space. Soft Pilates Ball is fantastic way to create instability in your classes that can help you switch on those hard to get muscle groups, or alternatively use to help support the low back and neck to reduce pain during exercise. APPI balls are latex free and made of safe anti-burst material. They are quick and easy to inflate and deflate to suit the exercises, person and to store away.
The weighted balls are designed to add challenges for your Reformer Pilates Classes. They fit perfectly in the palm of the hand and are easy to grip. These bad boys are latex free as well and can be bought in multipacks just like the soft balls.
Pilates circles aka magic circles are our favorite here at SPTM and we use them in our classes regularly. We use the Pilates circle for added resistance for core, lower and upper body exercises as well as to assist clients in some movements. APPI Pilates ring (35cm diameter) is lightweight, portable and easy to store away. The handles are padded for comfort and support.
If you already have your circles and balls in your studio but are looking for something else? APPI produces also brilliant resistance bands and small weights to spice up your Reformer Pilates classes!
